The General Public

The general public can purchase from the scheme. A delivery charge will be applied.

General public purchases help to support the work of the scheme.

How to use our service

The Scheme is open for viewing and selection of furniture on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 10:00am and 2:00pm and Wednesdays 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Answer phone available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

For those on benefits please bring with you proof of current benefits (e.g. recent account statement), proof of address and personal identification (with photograph). We will then complete a customer registration form and provide you with details of how the scheme works.

We will ask you to pay the handling charge in full upon selection of items required and then arrange delivery. Payment by cash only.

All items offered are second-hand or nearly new and whilst every effort is made to ensure they are of acceptable quality, this cannot be guaranteed.
